கலைநிகழ்ச்சிகளுக்கான விதிமுறைகள் Program Guidelines
நிகழ்ச்சிகள் தமிழில் தொகுத்து வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
Programs should be presented in Tamil Language. Please refrain from including other language content in any performance. NO EXCEPTIONS!
தமிழ் விழாவின் கருத்தை வெளிப்படுத்தும் நிகழ்ச்சிகளுக்கு முன்னுரிமை தரப்படும்.
Entries reflecting the theme of this year’s Vizha would be given preference.
இசை, நாடகம், நாட்டியம் முதலான கலைகளின், மரபு அல்லது நவீன வடிவமாகவும் தனித்தன்மை கொண்டவையாகவும் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
Unique entries in the following different segments (Modern or Classical, Music, Dance, or Drama) are encouraged.
குறைந்தது பதினைந்து (15) நபர்கள் பங்கேற்க வேண்டும்.
There should be a minimum of 15 participants.
பங்கேற்பவர்களின் குறைந்தபட்ச வயது ஏழு (7) ஆக இருக்க வேண்டும்; விழாவிற்கும் பதிவு செய்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
Participants’ minimum age limit is 7 years and must be registered for the Vizha. Register at fetna-convention.org
ஒரு நபர் ஒரு நிகழ்ச்சியில்தான் பங்கேற்க முடியும்.
Participants can participate in only one performance.
நிகழ்ச்சிகள் கண்டிப்பாக தவறான கருத்துகளையோ, அவமதிப்பையோ, அநாகரிகத்தையோ கொண்டிருத்தல் கூடாது. அரசியல், சமயம் சார்ந்த கருத்துக்களுக்கு இடமில்லை.
Programs should strictly not reflect any misrepresentation, disrespect, or indecency. No political or religious views.
நிகழ்ச்சிகள் 8 நிமிடங்களுக்குக் குறைவாக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.
Each Program should not exceed 8 minutes.
குழந்தைகளும் பார்க்கும்படியாக நிகழ்ச்சிகள் இருக்க வேண்டும். புகை பிடித்தல், மது, வன்முறை போன்ற காட்சிகள் இருக்கக் கூடாது.
Performances must be viewable by children. Scenes depicting alcohol, smoking, violence, etc. are not allowed.
வட அமெரிக்கத் தமிழ்ச்சங்கப் பேரவையின் உறுப்பினர் சங்கங்கள் மட்டுமே பதிவு செய்ய முடியும். தமிழ்ச்சங்கத்தின் ஒப்புதல் இல்லாமல் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட நிகழ்ச்சிகள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட மாட்டாது.
Only registered Tamil Sangams under FeTNA can register. Programs without Sangam sign-off will not be accepted.
பதிவுகள் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகமாக இருப்பின், ஒரு தமிழ்ச்சங்கத்திற்கு ஒரு நிகழ்ச்சி மட்டும் பங்கேற்க வாய்ப்பு வழங்கப்படும்.
If there are too many entries, only one program per Tamil Sangam may participate.
பதிவிற்குப்பின் உங்கள் நிகழ்ச்சியில் எந்த மாற்றங்கள் இருந்தாலும், எங்களுக்கு தெரியப்படுத்துதல் வேண்டும்.
You need to inform us of any changes in your program(s) or cancellation after registering.
விழாவின் போது ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட நேரத்தில் பங்கேற்க முடியாவிட்டால், நிகழ்ச்சி வேறு நேரத்திற்கு மாற்றப்படலாம் அல்லது கைவிடப்படலாம்.
If the team cannot perform in the allotted time slot, the program may be shifted or cancelled by the FeTNA Convention Committee.
மேலே பட்டியலிடப்பட்டுள்ள வழிகாட்டுதல்களுக்கு இணங்கவில்லையெனில், பங்கேற்பாளர் அல்லது நிகழ்ச்சியைக் கைவிடும் உரிமை மாநாட்டுக் குழுவிடமே உள்ளது.
The FeTNA Convention Committee reserves the right to remove participants/entries for non-compliance with the above guidelines.
ஒலி, ஒளி கோப்புகள் உள்ளிட்ட தங்கள் குழுவிற்கான தேவைகளை மே 31, 2025க்குள் அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.
Coordinator should send audio files, video files, and stage requirements by 31st May 2025.
