Supports coordinators by handling tasks that fall outside the scope of other committees.

நிகழ்ச்சிகளுக்குத் தேவையான ஒலி/ஒளி ஏற்பாடுகளை ஒருங்கிணைக்கும் குழு. இந்தக் குழுவில் சேரும் தன்னார்வலர்களுக்கு ஒலி/ஒளி அமைப்புகள் குறித்த அடிப்படைத் தொழில்நுட்ப அறிவோ அல்லது அதனை கற்றுக்கொள்ளும் ஆர்வமோ இருக்க வேண்டும்.

 

AV Committee – This key committee manages all audio and lighting requirements for the programs. Volunteers for this team should have basic technical knowledge of A/V systems or a willingness to learn the necessary skills.

உள்ளூர் மருத்துவர் தலைமையில், தொடர் மருத்துவம் குறித்தான நிகழ்ச்சியை மருத்துவர்களுடன் இணைந்து ஒருங்கிணைத்துச் செய்தல் மற்றும் விழாவில் முதலுதவி மற்றும் அவசர மருத்துவ உதவிகளை நிர்வகிக்கும் குழு.

 

Led by a local physician, this committee organizes Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions and manages first aid services, including on-site medical support and emergency care.

Responsible for coordinating all competitions such as Kural Theni, Tamil Theni etc., and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place for their smooth execution.
